SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:

• I strive to offer my guess the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or extensions let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

• Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.

REFUNDS:

• Refunds are not offered on services or retail purchases. We are more than happy to adjust services at no cost, and exchange retail for something that would be a better suit for your needs if notified within the above time frames.

KIDS IN THE SALON:

• Kids are only allowed in the salon when receiving services. That way you can relax during your appointment and get that much-needed R&R time!

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS:

• In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file, if you cancel within 24 hours last minute cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If cancellations and no shows are a reacuring problem, unfortunately I will no longer be able to accept your appointment.

RUNNING LATE:

• If you are running any later than 15 minutes, unfortunately we will either have to rescheulde your appointment or adjust the service to a shorter service. If you are constantly late, unfortunately I will no longer be able to accept your appointment.
